- We will return it back to you within 48 hours or depending on the service speed chosen, after receiving it.

WHAT KIND OF BATTERIES DO YOU USE?
We only use premium Swiss-made Renata batteries for reliability and long life.
Do you service all watch brands?
Yes, we handle most everyday quartz watch brands. Regret we do not cater to high-value or luxury brands at present.
Can you adjust metal and leather straps?
Yes - we adjust metal links, leather straps, and silicone bands. Make sure to specify the required size or include wrist measurements when choosing this service.
How long does the whole process take?
Standard services are completed within 48-hours of us receiving your watch. If you require a faster service you may choose the 24-hour turnaround option. You will receive tracking information once it’s dispatched back to you.
Can I track the return of my watch?
Yes. We send all watches back using Royal Mail Tracked services with optional Insurance. You will receive a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Do you guarantee your service?
Absolutely. All battery replacements and strap adjustments are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If you have any issues after, please contact our support team.
