Securely package your watch to prevent damage during transit. Once we receive your watch, we’ll complete the service within 48 hours (or 24 hours if selected) and return it via tracked delivery.

How long does the whole process take?
Standard services are completed within 48 hours of receiving your watch. For urgent needs, you can select our 24-hour priority option at checkout. You’ll receive full tracking updates once your watch is dispatched.

Can I track the return of my watch?
Yes – all watches are returned using Royal Mail Tracked services, with optional insurance for added peace of mind. A tracking number is provided as soon as your watch is dispatched from our workshop.
